Vacation Time

I will be vacationing on Australia's Gold Coast for two weeks and blogging will resume thereafter, at which time I shall also recreate my blogroll after the hack...

Moreover, after reading this, I really do need to break for while…

Just as I did on my last vacation post, I thank my readers and commenters for making American Interests.blog a meaningful venture.

About this Blog

What most folk seem to forget or simply not understand, is that for all intents and purposes, present “World Order” is stable and predictable in part due to the economic, technological, military and diplomatic superpower that is, The United States.

It seems largely unacknowledged that it is in the world's greatest interests that the U.S. continues to exact its present worldly economic, political, cultural and military influence, one that extends to leadership in scientific and technological research and the production of innovative technological products.

Our democratic way of life, our economies and our national security, are irrevocably tied to a secure world order - an order to which present day United States, even with some imperfections, is at the heart, as the pre-eminent driver of internationalism.

American Interests has a four-fold purpose, to increase knowledge of, highlight threats to, explore opportunites for and above all, serve as platform of advocacy for the continuance and preservation of global American dominance because, as was stated well before me, "America must remain strong".

Comments Policy

1. This is a forum for dialogue, debate and general comments, the posts are produced and published at my expense and personal time. There is no automatic expectation or entitlement to comment here.

2. The comments section permits constructive discussion of points in relation to the post. No personal attacks on me or other commenters are permitted and will hence be deleted.

3. Commenters with a track record of annoyance (trolls) will be banned.
